In silence this story is told
of spy in the war they call cold
Not making a sound
he sneaks all around
with secrets he stole to be sold
He's nervous and wary and sly:
He knows that for treason he'll fry
So as not to be heard
he speaks not a word
but utters a singular cry
Ray Milland stars in The Thief (Russell Rouse, 1952), a film
without dialog that promises "Excitement beyond words!"
