Deadly Moor

The drama, that sweetest of arts
Is famished for meatier parts
But ruddy Bill Marshall
To blood will be partial
Though ham is still dear to his heart.

David Cairns

William Marshall returns as Blacula in Scream Blacula Scream (Bob Kelljan, 1973). At The Forgotten, David bites into Ganja and Hess.

David wrote that "BLACULA and limericks go together like blaxploitation and gothic horror: a touch awkwardly."

To which I replied:

Yes, the mix is a trifle ungainly
And to fix it we try, only vainly
Just five lines and a finish
One opines must diminish
Blaxploit flicks which are fly, open vein-ly.
